Very nice pancakes. View is perfect on the sea, they even have a long mirror for people facing the wall. Staff is efficient.

Best pancakes ever!

Good view beyond explanation. Though crowded and need to wait for quite sometimes, people in Bills have that polite and warm manner to make the waiting just fine. Great vibe, great view, great pancake.

Enjoyable, lazy-paced morning spent here. . Particularly love their vegan granola. Delicious poached eggs and salmon quickly followed up. Service brilliant, moving the queues of people quickly through but not feeling pressured to 'eat and run'. Could even end my meal with a passionfruit cocktail.

Definitely worth a five-star with view outside of the restaurant. I didn't go at the most beautiful sunny day, yet I can imagine how good it will be at nice weather. Plus food is always good here, highly recommend the pancake and cheese burger.

Past its prime? Bill's was the talk of the town when it first opened, but its beginning to loose its shine. Is it just me but have the portions have gotten smaller and the prices a little higher...? Service is only average. Their signature ricotta cheese pancake is still yummy and the location is first rate, but I'm not a repeater anymore.

Shrimp burger for my starving husband, but is a little bit too tasty of ginger for me, love it a looooooot the pancakes with honey and banana a side, the Macha milkshake also 😋 4.5 en general

the classic pancakes are really good, especially the butter tasting amazing. but the portion for one will be too much, it is suggested to share with your accompanies. the best for this restaurant is its sea view. you can enjoy the food, take your time, and get rested. service is nice, the staff can speak good English. but it is a little bit challenging to find their place. the sign board is very low profile.

The “pancake dish” in the breakfast menu is with three pancakes. I went alone and a staff advised me to order an extra scone as just the pancake won’t be enough for me. But that’s not true I can barely finish all the food. I should have ordered just the pancake. Btw the pancakes were very nice, fluffy and tased great.

The signature hotcakes didn't live up to expectations. They were not very "eggy" actually a bit tasteless. The other hot food like pasta and risotto on the other hand were tasty. The View of course was excellent. Expect to queue for at least 30min.

They say this is the best brunch you can get in Japan. Might be over exaggerated a bit but this is a very nice place indeed. Hotcakes are amazing!

I had heard a lot of the fuss about bills: delicious brunch but stupid wait times and way too expensive. I happened to be able to go on a weekday morning and got a table with an amazing view of the ocean. The flat white I had was as good as the ones I've had in Australia, where bills started The temperature of the coffee was just right. The barista I spoke to and a number of the staff had lived in Australia and had experience with other brunch places.

This is definitely the worst service in Japan.And the pancake is not fully cooked.The quality is too over the price!

Famous Australian restaurant. Main emphasys is on breakfast and lunch. La Cotta cheese pancake is devine. Milk for your coffee is heated, a rare service in Japan. A meal costs about 3000 yen per person, but serving portion is generous and somewhat health oriented. Casual, but trendy place overlooking beach. Always crowded.

Had wanted to go for a while. Was already familiar with London bills restaurant and expected similar food. The ricotta pancakes didn’t disappoint but the corn fritters did. A bit bland even when eaten with the side dishes and bacon. Shame! Service was almost perfect and no waiting on a late morning weekdays. View is really nice -apparently Fuji-san can be seen on a clear day but we had no such luck. If you order pancakes without sharing just order a small side dish cuz they are filling. Would go back when in Kamakura and willing to splash out. Next time I intend to order smoked salmon and poached eggs. Coffee was good but really small size.

Very nice views of the sea as you enjoy your meal. The staff were very helpful, polite and attentive. I was able to order in fluent English after the waitress endured by attempt at broken Japanese. I had a tasty shrimp burger, with no sides, and coffee which came to just over ‎¥2000.

Kamakura, a scenic town in Japan, famous for all the attractions and beautiful beach. Bills is located right smack next to the beach. The pancake is famous here and yes, I'd say that it is to die for. I've had the wagyu beef burger and personally, it's one of the best gourmet burgers that I've had in my life.You may have to wait to be served, however. Waiting time is between 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Stopped by to get some pancakes !And the pancake were amazingly delicious !The price is a bit high, since the location is quite convenient ! There are balcony seats where you can enjoy the a beautiful view of the beach in front of the cafeteria !I would come back here again !

Kamakura is a perfect getaway for the weekend and Bills at the coastline has perfect food and amazing view. I love tuna salad and Pavlova dessert.

We hiked to see the big Buddha, then jumped on the train and ate pancakes at Bills. It was fun to see the ocean. The pancakes were amazing!

Difficult to fault, beautiful food in a stunning location served very well.

So I ordered a ¥700 macchiato and it was as small as my finger... pancakes were good, the view is only nice if you can seat in a good spot.

On a clear day you can enjoy having breakfast on the veranda while enjoying the ocean view. This branch of Bills is the most busiest and also the prettiest.

Very pleasant surprise. Tried this on a whim, and thought it would be all about popular area, style and ocean view - but the staff was very nice, menu really interesting, and food delightful! Not inexpensive but it's easily worth the occasion splurge :P

Non attentive staff.Although there was plenty of empty tables near the window side, the staff refused to change the table for us, but to arrange a small table only. Staff need training and more courtesy.Nice View but not recommended.

It's really awesome for everything I order. Pancake which is JPY $2,200 is the most famous thing in the store. I really recommend you to come here to eat.By the way, there are only English and Japaneae menu, so make sure you know these languages.

I enjoyed this restaurant! The menu is really fabulous- many innovative items with vegan and vegetarian choices too. Great wine list - a bit pricy but normal for the neighborhood and view. Outside terrace dining with a view down to a wooded rooftop park- really lovely! I would recommend this place - and will defiantly be back.

Good view,good food and good service

Come here for the soft ricotta pancakes! Even though we wanted to avoid non-Japanese food during our trip to Japan, this place was heavily recommended by everyone, and it did not disappoint. Service was a bit slow and cost is a bit on the pricier side (~1600 yen for an order of pancakes), but other than that the food was really good and the venue had very good ambience. Our group of 5 came at 10AM on a Saturday in July and there was plenty of room for all of us.

View and Ricotta pancakes day it all. A little on high end, but worth it. Finish with flat white. All is good in this world.

Excellent food with a great location. Ginger Mojito was one of the best I've ever had. Service was top notch, with fluent English speakers. Pay parking in the back is reasonably priced.

One of the best pancakes! This is the only Bill's around the greater Tokyo area where you can get a view of the sea while dining. The full breakfast set is my to go whenever I am here in the morning. The staffs are friendly and service is quick as well.

Walked straight in, no waiting at lunch time on a Wednesday in May! Great service and fantastic view. Chicken burger was very tasty, as was the chips/French fries and husband had the chicken schnitzel. We loved our meals and the Australian wine ! Will be back !
